Effective Immediately - Delicious Tuning facility is CLOSED temporarily (est. Feb/Mar 2025).
January 6th 2025; Delicious Tuning is now under new management with the main priority to expand and enhance our customer service / support. With the transition phase currently in progress, (and we thank you immensely for your patience) it is in the best interest of the company and customers to keep our primary facility closed to customers until we are confident we can provide a robust and agile solution that meets the needs we require. At this time we will also not be accepting any phone calls in order to streamline questions through our dealer(s) and website's contact page.
- New Customers: We will continue to support our dealer network through the transition phase. If you have any question about the products and services we offer, please reach out to one of our dealers for further information or questions.
- Current Customers: Any new orders may be placed with one of our dealers. Any recent or outstanding product orders will be fulfilled within the week. Any recent or outstanding tune/service orders will be finished through the month of January. Any questions, concerns/comments please reach out through our contact page.
- Remote Tuning / Datalog Reviews: We will be going through all current customers tunes this month, working to complete all tunes before the end of January. Starting February 1st 2025 we will changing the requirements for remote tuning / datalog reviews.
- Dealers: During the transition phase we will be continue supporting our dealer network with regards to the products and services offered through our website.
- Continued Dedication: Our top priority remains providing exceptional customer support and building strong relationships with each of our customers/dealers. We thank you for your continued support, and look forward to a successful transition under this new chapter!
