Scion FRS, Subaru BRZ Dyno Tuning Being one of the most popular cars at the moment for modifications it was only a matter of time before we started to tune a Scion FRS and Subaru BRZ. Coming from a long heritage of tuning Subaru's with EcuTeK (since 2001) jumping into tuning the new FA20 engine control unit (ECU) had it's rough moments when we were trying to determine how to remove the power dip from the vehicle. But not that we have come comfortable with tuning these vehicles, adding Super Chargers (such as Innovates) and Turbo Kits by Full Blown Motorsports has really allowed to not only see the potential of the engine but also the amazing control offered to us Master Tuners by EcuTek. The RaceROM features that allow us to literally develop new tables within the ECU, so we can control additional functionality such as fuel quantity on switchable maps for E85 or Meth injection. To also allowing us control additional outputs for boost control on a vehicle that does not come with any forced induction systems in place. With EcuTeK we have full control of what we need, and support team in England that has their act together and has been through it all to make sure their product is not only the best but the most reliable. To date we have tuned numerous Innovate Supercharger kits, from stock bolt on kits, to full exhaust systems, with smaller pulleys, E85 and Meth injection. We have also developed our own improved tunes for the Full Blown Motorsports with more fueling option tunes coming soon.
